LeRoy Robbins
Executive Vice President
LeRoy Robbins is Executive Vice President of First Advantage Recruiting Solutions, a leading provider of customized, internet and technology-enabled recruiting solutions. Under LeRoy's leadership, First Advantage Recruiting Solutions thrives as a full business partner that helps large and mid-market organizations create and implement exceptional hiring strategies.
A participating member of the Human Capital Institute National Advisory Board, LeRoy brought 20 years of blue chip business management experience with Jerrico, 3M, PepsiCo and Hillenbrand Industries to First Advantage. Fifteen of those years were spent in successful human resources management, mostly in generalist roles including 5 years as a VP, HR with Forethought Financial Services, a subsidiary of Hillenbrand. LeRoy grew within organizations by successfully leveraging his strong talent value chain competency and applying the newest expertise in business process operations and continuous improvement.
In February of 2000 LeRoy became President and COO of IIRC, which would become TruStar Solutions in 2003, and later First Advantage Recruiting Solutions. Even with the difficult economic environment of 2001 and 2002, the company flourished, continued to grow and became profitable to stay in 2002. In 2003, TruStar Solutions' success earned it the #33 spot on the Inc 500 list of Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in America (#1 Fastest Growing HR Company). TruStar Solutions also made the prestigious list in 2004.
After TruStar Solutions was acquired by First Advantage in December 2005, LeRoy assumed the role of Executive Vice President of the business unit. He continues to enthusiastically lead the amazing group of talented, service-oriented people at First Advantage Recruiting Solutions in serving the needs of organizations wanting to maximize their human capital investment.
Vangie Sison
Executive Director, Recruitment Media and Marketing
Vangie is responsible for overseeing both the Marketing efforts of First Advantage Recruiting Solutions and the development and implementation of successful online recruitment advertising programs for our clients. She is a specialist in identifying, building, and creating revenue for online business through advertising and subscription revenue models. Vangie joined First Advantage in 2002.
In her Marketing role, Vangie develops and implements strategic Marketing programs designed to create brand awareness, generate quality leads, and build partner alliances. As the lead for First Advantage Recruiting Solutions' recruitment advertising services, she oversees campaign research, creative development, and continuous optimization of clients' campaigns.
Vangie has over 18 years of experience in the media industry in sales and management for broadcast groups like Hoker, Phoenix, Pilgrim, Cromwell, Oak Ridge Boys Broadcasting, and Clear Channel Worldwide. Prior to coming on board, Vangie managed Interactive sales efforts for 200 radio stations in the Midwest region as the Director of Regional Sales for Clear Channel Worldwide. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a special emphasis in Advertising from Indiana State University. (Back to top)
Winn Van Brimer
Director of Recruiting Solutions
Winn Van Brimer is a member of the First Advantage Recruiting Solutions Leadership Team. In this role, Winn is responsible for leading the development and execution of First Advantage's Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagements. This includes full life cycle recruiting, report and metrics generation and tracking, process flow analysis and customization, and seamless client integration.
Winn's expertise is with designing, implementing, and operating all aspects of cost effective recruiting solutions into existing staffing structures as well as start-ups. He has over 15 years of recruiting experience beginning with service as a Navy Recruiter and including IT consulting, corporate staffing, executive search, and RPO. He is a specialist in metrics tracking and analysis and utilizes these results to drive efficient recruiting operations. Some of the organizations that Winn has worked with include, GE, Heinz, Marconi, IGATE, Deloitte and Touche, and Nestle.
Winn holds a degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. (Back to top)
Brad Karcher
Director of Sales
Brad Karcher is a Director of Sales for First Advantage Recruiting Solutions. He leads a consultative sales team who work closely with talent acquisition leaders from major corporations to more effectively utilize online recruitment resources, technologies and customized support services to fulfill key recruitment initiatives, financial performance goals and gain a clear competitive advantage in their recruitment operations.
As sales Director, Brad provides strategic coaching on key opportunities, manages sales forecasts and achievement of client retention/growth and new client acquisition objectives. He joined the Leadership Team of First Advantage Recruiting Solutions in 2008.
Brad earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of New Hampshire. He has more than 8 years of business development experience in the recruitment advertising, human resources consulting and staffing industries. A former Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), he began his career with First Advantage in 2004 as a Manager of Business Solutions. (Back to top)
Greg Palmer
Director of Sales
Greg Palmer is a Director of Sales for First Advantage Recruiting Solutions. He leads a consultative sales team which identifies potential business opportunities and develops new client relationships. In addition, Greg is responsible for identifying and cultivating partner relationships for First Advantage Recruiting Solutions.
As sales Director, Greg provides strategic coaching on key opportunities, manages sales forecasts and achievement of new client acquisition objectives. He joined the Leadership Team of First Advantage Recruiting Solutions in 2008.
Greg has over 16 years of business experience in academia, internet recruiting solutions, and business development. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Corporate Financial Management and Financial Institutions from Ball State University and has completed post-graduate classes at the University of Istanbul. Greg began his career with First Advantage in 2002 as a Manager of Business Solutions. (Back to top)
Cameron Byam
Director of Client services
Cameron Byam has joined First Advantage Recruiting Solutions' Leadership Team as the Director of Client Services. Cameron oversees the team charged with servicing First Advantage clientsÂ’ needs on a daily basis. These needs include new and ongoing client training, troubleshooting of issues and questions, product recommendations, and detailed client usage and return on investment reporting.
Cameron brings over 12 years of Customer Service and Operations experience with various HR Software and Service providers. He has held operational and executive level positions with ADP, Kronos, and Paychex, and his most recent position was as VP of Operations for Stromberg, the Time & Attendance division of Paychex. His thorough understanding of clientÂ’s needs and expertise in the client service process supported such clients as Petco, Universal Studios, and Office Depot.
